BSP, BJP lashes at ruling Congress party

India's ruling Congress party on Saturday faced attacks from low-caste BSP and main opposition BJP. Addressing a rally in Basti of most crucial Uttar Pradesh, chief of the state and BSP president blamed the Congress leaders of wooing low-castes and poor.
