CBI can’t file separate FIRs on Amit Shah: SC

The Supreme Court today relieved former Gujarat home minister Amit Shah in connection with the killings of Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Tulsiram Prajapati in alleged fake encounters. The bench rejected the Central Bureau of Investigation's plea to file a separate FIR in the cases.
