Centre won't change stand on Sri Lankan Tamil’s issue

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has informed Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa that centre will not change its stand on the issue of reconciliation and devolution of political powers to Tamils in Sri Lanka.
