Cong has failed to bifurcate AP peacefully: BJP

Even as Union Cabinet approved the formation of Telangana from the existing state of Andhra Pradesh, BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar said that the congress has failed to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh peacefully by not taking everybody onboard.
