The rapidly growing Maoists violence is forcing many villagers of Naxal affected Chhattisgarh state to leave their homes and take shelter in government run relief camps.The common man prefers these camps,as they are supposedly safer due to protection provided by the police and security forces.At present,about 50 thousand tribals and villagers are living in 23 such camps situated in the Maoists hotbed of Bastar and Dantewada districts.
