Former RSS chief K Sudarshan passes away

Former head of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh K Sudarshan died at the age of 81, of heart attack in Raipur early on Saturday. Sudarshan was survived by a brother. The funeral ceremony would be held today. Sudarshan was appointed as RSS chief in 2000 and continued on the post till 2009. The ex-RSS chief, who had arrived in the city two days back, died at the RSS office. He had been ailing for some time and was under the care of an attendant.
