General polls could take place in 2013 Oct-Nov: SP

Reacting to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's statement exuding confidence that his government would fulfill its full term in office, the Samajwadi Party on Friday asserted that elections could take place before schedule, most probably in 2013 October-November.
