Haryana govt files 2nd chargesheet against Khemka

Haryana government on Thursday agreed to file a second chargesheet against senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka, who had earlier exposed the land deals done by UPA President Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra in Haryana.
