India condemns attack on SL cricketers in Pakistan

India on Tuesday strongly condemned the attack on Sri Lankan cricketers in Pakistan. Five members of the Sri Lankan cricket team were wounded when around a dozen gunmen attacked their bus as it drove under police escort on Tuesday in to Gaddafi stadium in the Pakistani city of Lahore. Terming it as shocking incident, India's Home Minister P Chidambaram, said, India is sorry for the Sri Lankan team and hoped that the players were safe and would recover.
