India, Russia express fears on Pak's nuke arsenal

India on Tuesday expressed fears regarding safety of Pakistan's nuclear arsenal. Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao said both Russia and India feared Pakistan's arsenal might fall into the hands of militants, in a grave threat to the region. Rao added that both Russia and India believed that the situation in Afghanistan had to be seen in conjunction with the situation in Pakistan.
