India's border with China is safe: Army Chief

Indian army Chief General Deepak Kapoor on Wednesday reassured that the country's border with China is secure. According to Indian media reports the Chinese troops breached the international border earlier this year in Ladakh region and painted 'China' on some boulders and rocks.
