India to charge sheet lone militant caught in Mumbai attack

India's Home Minister P Chidambaram on Sunday said that diplomatic efforts mounted after last year's Mumbai attack was paying off. Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a function in Jalandhar, Chidambaram said it was India's efforts that forced Pakistan to acknowledge that the attacks were partly planned on Pakistani soil.
