Japan vows to complete India infra project in time

Japan promised to India that it would extend cooperation in the early completion of one of country's largest infrastructure projects, the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor, which once finished would boost New Delhi's manufacturing capabilities and woo more foreign investors.
