Khurshid rules out dialogue with Pakistan

Indian foreign minister Salman Khurshid categorically ruled out talks with Pakistan in the wake of the recent recurring incidents of violations of ceasefire along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir. He also hit out at BJP leader and Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi for taking a direct jibe at the PM.
