Must act strongly against Pak attacks: VK Singh

While attending an event at Sirsa district in Haryana, retired general VK Singh said we need to rake strong action against the attacks of Pakistani army on Indian soldiers. He blamed government's inept policies and casual approach towards dealing such incidents.
