Notice to Sri Prakash Jaiswal for violating model code of conduct

Election Commission has issued a notice to coal minister Sri Prakash Jaiswal for giving the statement that President rule will be imposed in Uttar Pradesh, in case no party gets absolute majority in the assembly elections. Election Commission has held the statement of Jaiswal as violation of model code of conduct.
