Oppn making issue of Khemka’s transfer is not right : Alvi

Congress spokesperson Rashid Alvi has said that the information related to IAS officer Ashok Khemka being transferred 40 times is a brainchild of the media. He also said that it was not appropriate of the opposition to make an issue out of it.
