PM addresses the full Planning Commission meeting

Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh addressed the planning commission meeting in the national capital. The Prime Minister said the growth was laudable for a period "which saw two global slowdowns". He said that the 12th plan targets have been brought down from 9% to 8.2%, with agricultural growth at 4%.
