Rahul campaigns in poll-bound J'khand

Ahead of the third phase of assembly elections in Jharkhand, Rahul Gandhi did hectic campaigning. Addressing a rally in Bermo in Bokaro district Gandhi asked the people to bring Congress party in the state if they want their mineral rich state to progress.
