Security tightened as second day of G20 leaders meeting begins

Security around the G20 financial ministers' and central bank governors' meeting venue in South Korea was tight on Saturday as leaders began a second day of discussions. Finance leaders from the Group of 20 economies are expected to pledge to commit themselves to purse market-determined exchange rates and refrain from competitive devaluation of their currencies, a G20 source said.
