Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sushma Swaraj has accused the Congress-led UPA Government of perpetrating the serial blasts in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad to divert attention from the cash of vote scandal. The Manmohan Singh - led UPA Government proved its majority in Parliament on July 22, days after the Left withdrew support following differences between the two on the controversial US-India civil nuclear deal.
