Shinde clarifies on Jaitley's phone tapping

Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Thursday made a statement in Rajya Sabha on the alleged attempt to tap Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley's phone that has triggered grave discontent among the opposition.
