Society is breaking down under bad governance: BJP on Mumbai gang-rape

The BJP on Friday blamed the ruling Congress for the increasing crime rates in the country and said that they have full faith that the law would take its course in the case of a young photojournalist who was brutally gang-raped in Mumbai.
