Disturbing CCTV footage shows a man repeatedly slapping an elderly couple at their mobile phone shop in Chandigarh.The man was reportedly there to meet the couple's son over some dispute regarding his handset. But, after an argument, he started assaulting them with no neighbour or friend coming to the rescue. The couple was badly hurt. The man has a fractured hand while the woman has a wounded jaw. The attacker has been arrested. The police say he was drunk.
