We are fully prepared to counter the cyclone: Odisha CM

As Cyclonic storm 'Phailin', which is classified as very severe by the weather department, is expected to hit coastal Odisha and Andhra Pradesh at around 5.30pm on Saturday, Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik said that the state is fully prepared to counter the cyclone.
