Bengaluru battered by heavy rains again; Boats deployed as roads turn river

Heavy rains on Sunday night wreaked havoc in Bengaluru leaving several key roads and streets inundated. Huge traffic jams across the city have been reported as roads are flooded with rainwater. Social media is filled with visuals that show how people are facing problems in the IT city. In Varthur area, boats have been deployed for rescue work as roads are submerged. Residents used crane to provide food and water in a waterlogged society. Police urged citizens to not step out, unless necessary. Watch this video to know more.
