Taliban’s Kabul takeover behind more foreign terrorists in J&K?Ex-CRPF DG claims

Former CRPF DG Kuldiep Singh has revealed that J&K has more foreign terrorists who are currently operating than local ones. He blamed the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan for the rise in the number of foreign terrorists in the valley.
