U.S president Joe Biden praised PM Narendra Modi at the QUAD summit in Tokyo for 'ensuring democracies deliver'. Biden's remarks came as four countries -- Australia, India, Japan and United States -- met in Tokyo for the QUAD summit to discuss the Indo-Pacific situation and other key global and regional issues.
