A chilling video of Constable Chetan Singh who shot and killed four people on Jaipur-Mumbai train on Monday has sparked fury as he is seen standing next to a dead body and justifying cold-blooded murder. Out of four, three were passengers -- all Muslims -- and one was an ASI of the RPF. The killings have sparked outrage with opposition parties calling it a terror attack and hate crime and accusing ruling BJP of creating an atmosphere of hatred in the country, leading to such incidents.
