Hours after the brutal killing of a man at the Singhu border, a Nihang Sikh claimed the responsibility of the man’s murder. The man identified as Saravjeet Singh surrendered to the police but appeared before the media first and claimed that he had "punished" the victim for "desecrating" the Guru Granth Sahib, the Sikh holy book. Saravjeet Singh and his associates said that they are ready to do things like these again if someone "dares to do a crime like sacrilege again". When asked if he had any regret, Singh replies in the negative. His video claiming responsibility for the killing went viral on social media platforms. Watch the full video for more details.
