Former Pentagon official Michael Rubin sheds light on the face-off between India and Canada, and USA's role in it. In a conversation with Hindustan Times' Aditi Prasad, Rubin comments on what could have constituted the intelligence which US agencies reportedly shared with Ottawa regarding the killing of alleged Khalistani operative Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada.
