India has firmly rejected references to Jammu and Kashmir in the joint communiqué issued after the 8th EU-Pakistan Strategic Dialogue. New Delhi said Jammu and Kashmir is an internal matter and asserted that parties with no locus standi should refrain from commenting on India's sovereign affairs.
