After concluding their visit to Colombia, Group 5 of all-party delegation led by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, arrived in Brasilia, Brazil. Tharoor said, "Here in Brazil, we're looking forward to having some very solid constructive discussions. Brazil is a major power in the region. It's a BRICS partner of ours.
