US seeks support from Australia to confront Iran over attacks

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo held talks with officials at the annual Australia U.S. Ministerial Meeting in Sydney. He said that the time was right for the two countries 'to do much more in the region'. He also asked Australia to support his country to confront Iran's 'unprovoked attacks'. US Defense Secretary Mark Esper also met with Australian counterpart Defence Minister Linda Reynolds.
