Candace Owens blasts TPUSA over Charlie's killing as Erika Kirk takes stage at Ole Miss: 'I'm going to tell you...'
Candace Owens has had many theories in the wake of Charlie Kirk's assassination, including alleging Israel's role, but without proof to that end.
Life after Charlie Kirk's assassination saw wife Erika, and friend as well as Vice President of the US, JD Vance, take the stage at University of Mississippi, for the Turning Point USA event on Wednesday. This marked the first stop of the ‘This Is the Turning Point’ tour, which Kirk's widow is leading. On the very same day, video emerged of former TPUSA staff Candace Owens brutally slamming her previous organization over Kirk's assassination.
Charlie Kirk, founder of TPUSA, was fatally shot and killed when attending an event at the Utah Valley University on September 10. In the wake of his assassination, Owens has come up with several conspiracy theories, including alleging Israel's hand in the matter, without offering concrete proof.
Now, as Erika took the stage, Owens on her show took shots at TPUSA.

Owens stated “I'm going to tell you another stunning Turning Point lie”. She said that one must feel ‘some type of way’ about the people who are ‘all apparently mourning him’, adding that as per them the ‘best way’ to mourn is to lie.
Elsewhere in the video, Owens spoke about Kirk's burial, claiming he had a Catholic burial. She also spoke about the apparent rift between FBI Director Kash Patel and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. The report had claimed that Patel had apparently shut down a probe into foreign involvement in Kirk's case – a theory Owens has long-pushed. However, a top FBI official junked the report in an X post.
What Erika Kirk said at Ole Miss
Erika Kirk, meanwhile, addressing students, said “Your generation is living at a crossroads. And you are living in one of the most defining moments in American history. We are all witnessing in real time the battle that is raging for the soul of your generation, again, your generation.”
She added, “This is far more than political, and you will hear the world, and the culture for that matter pressure you and say, go with the flow. Don't ruffle feathers. Don't say that you might offend someone. You might lose some friends. If you wear a red hat. If you go to a turning point USA chapter, then. But when I hear that, I just. I need to be sober and honest with you now because before when I heard it, I said, okay, now when I hear that. If you're worried about losing a friend. You might. I lost my friend. I lost my best friend. And if you're nervous about standing up for the truth, the assassination of my husband puts into perspective. All those fears, it really does.”
“It's a tremendous honor and blessing to be on stage today,” the new TPUSA CEO said, continuing, “I want to thank you all. Also, on a personal level, I love it. For all of your prayers and all of your support, not only for our family, but for the Turning Point USA family, which includes all of you, especially those that are students. Part of the Turning Point USA chapter. So all about this is what the future of our country is all about. And I want to thank you all.”
