Ganga, Yamuna likely to breach danger mark in Prayagraj today

An official attributed the rise in the water levels of Ganga and Yamuna to heavy showers in neighbouring states of Rajasthan and MP besides water being released from Kota Barrage in Rajasthan, Matatila Dam in Lalitpur, Lahchura Dam in Jhansi and Bariyarpur dam in Madhya Pradesh.
To facilitate the move, 200,000 electric charging stations will be set up across the state by 2024 and a million electric vehicles, including 1,000 buses, will be on the road by then.(HT image)
