Emraan Hashmi delays his family vacation for work

Emraan Hashmi was set to leave for the US for a holiday with his wife and son, but had to delay the trip by a few days due to work commitments.

Emraan Hashmi has been juggling multiple projects over the past couple of years. Apart from shooting for his films, the actor also co-wrote a book. Apparently, after wrapping up all his work — including the shoot for the next instalment of the Raaz franchise — Emraan was to go on a family vacation. But he had to change his plan.

“After his last film, Azhar, released, Emraan decided to go on a holiday with his wife, Parveen, and son, Ayaan. But now, he’ll have to delay it by a few days to finish some pending work, including the dubbing for his next,” says a source close to the actor.

Emraan’s wife and son have already left for Canada, and the actor will join them in a couple of days. “The three of them were supposed to leave for the US, but some changes in Emraan’s schedule forced him to stay back. He convinced his wife and son to continue with the trip and go to Canada, where he will join them. They are likely to travel to the US later,” says the source.

The Bollywood actor confirmed the news, and said, “I had to postpone my family trip for a week because of work commitments. I will join Parveen and Ayaan in Canada in two days.”
