The court said a fresh selection process should be conducted to fill the posts. In a skill test, a candidate has to note down a dictation in short hand and then type it out in English.
The high court had invited applications from candidates in August last year. About 35 failed candidates had sent representations to the court, pointing out that the diction of the person who read out the passage was not clear and as a result they had typed wrong.
