This time, the CISCE held exams in two semesters over the course of a single examination year. For the ICSE 10th Class, the semester 1 exams were held in November–December 2021 while the semester 2 exams were held in April–May 2022.

Candidates who don't get a pass (Pass Certificate Not Awarded) will be allowed to take the comparative exam in ONE topic in which they didn't get a pass. To be qualified to take the Compartmental Examination, the candidate must have obtained the Pass Marks in English (Compulsory) and three additional ICSE Year 2022 Exam subjects.

CISCE conducted two examinations in a single examination year. While semester one examination were held in November-December, 2021, the second semester exams were held in April-May, 2022 for both class 10 and class 12.

Requests for rechecking answer sheets must be submitted online and must reach the Council's office no later than SEVEN days following the day the results of the ICSE Year 2022 Examination were announced.

According to CISCE, students who completely miss one or both of the two terms would be marked as absent. Exams for both semesters 1 and 2 were required of all students. However, CBSE has said that it will release the results for the students who did not attend either of the two terms.

ICSE class 10 results will be announced today (July 17). The  council will give equal weightage for both the semesters.

This time, the CISCE conducted two examinations in a single examination year i.e., Semester 1 Examination held in November and December year 2021 and Semester 2 Examination held in April/May year 2022 for the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) levels.

The CISCE ICSE class 10th result will be available on Digilocker. All you need to register for DigiLocker (digilocker.gov.in) is a mobile number. 

The provision to apply for the recheck of the results by the Head of the Schools through the CAREERS Portal has been made available by the CISCE. Candidates will be required to pay ₹1000 as recheck charges per paper per subject

Equal weight has been given to both the Semester 1 and Semester 2 examinations in the computation of the ICSE Year 2022 examination results. The final marks in each of the subjects/papers have been calculated by adding the marks from Semester 1, Semester 2, and the project (internal assessment).

CSE class 10 results will be announced on July 17 with marks of both first and second semesters given equal weightage in the final score, board secretary Gerry Arathoon said on July 16.

This year CISCE conducted ICSE, ISC Exams 2022 in two semesters. The Semester 1 exams were conducted in December 2021- January 2022 and Semester 2 exams were conducted in April- May 2022.

The result of ICSE class 10th will be announces today, July 17 at 5 pm.

Schools can check the results by logging in to the ‘career portal’ of the council using the principal’s login ID and password.

The candidates who did not appear for either semester 1 or semester 2 examinations will be marked absent and their results will not be declared.

"The results of the ICSE (Class 10), 2022 examination will be declared on Sunday, July 17 at 5:00 PM. The results will be made available on the CAREERS portal of the CISCE, on the website and through SMS," said Arathoon, the Chief Executive and Secretary, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE).
