About Jr NTR’s Dragon

Prashanth Neel’s next film after KGF and Salaar is Dragon with Jr NTR. The film’s first glimpse and title were unveiled on the actor’s birthday in May. He underwent a drastic change in appearance for the role, looking leaner than he did in RRR and Devara.

Dragon will see Jr NTR play a ruthless killer named Luger, who is at the centre of the opium business. It also stars Biju Menon, Rukmini Vasanth, Khushbu Sundar, Guru Somasundaram, Rajeev Kanakala, Ashutosh Rana, Anshuman Pushkar, Sidhant Gupta, Prabhas Srinu, Shatru, Shiva, and Bhimal Jeet Oberoi, among others. Dragon is set to release on June 11, 2027.

Apart from Dragon, Jr NTR is reuniting with Trivikram Srinivas after 8 years for a film based on Lord Murugan/Karthikeya. The film drew controversy in Tamil Nadu during the announcement for claiming that Lord Murugan is from the North.
