Prabhas recalls his first conversation with Deepika Padukone: 'She asked me if I'm shy. I said....'
Prabhas will be seen with Deepika Padukone on the screen for the first time in a pan-India project, that has been tentatively titled Project K.
Prabhas recently shared his experience of meeting Deepika Padukone for the first time. The actor will be seen with Deepika in a movie for the first time in a pan-India project which has been tentatively titled Project K. They have already shot for a schedule of the multiple-language film in Hyderabad. Prabhas even treated Deepika to a delicious South Indian meal when they wrapped up the shoot in December last year. Prabhas has now revealed that Deepika Padukone asked him about his shy nature during their first meeting. As he interacted with the media during the promotions of Radhe Shyam, his upcoming film with Pooja Hegde, Prabhas shared that he admitted to Deepika that he takes time getting comfortable with someone new.
As per Times of India, Prabhas said, "We met on the sets of Project-K. Deepika asked me if I am shy. I said, initially I am. Only after getting comfortable with people, I start talking to them continuously."
Prabhas shared that he lets out his goofy side once he gets comfortable with a person. He said, "Sometimes, I irritate them cracking jokes as long as they enjoy my company."
Nag Ashwin's directorial Project K, which will also star Amitabh Bachchan, is a sci-fi film that will be released in six languages- Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and English. The director had recently made a public request to Mahindra Group's chairman Anand Mahindra asking him to help with the design of futuristic vehicles in his film.
"A few vehicles we are building for this world are unique & beyond the tech of today…if this film does wat it is supposed to, it will be the pride of our nation,” he had written on Twitter. Anand Mahindra soon accepted Nag's request and said, “How could we refuse an opportunity to help you envision the future of mobility?" The yet-untitled project will be Deepika Padukone's debut in the Telugu film industry. It will also mark Amitabh Bachchan's first full-fledged role in Telugu movies, though he has previously made cameos in Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara, and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
