Kangana Ranaut wishes ‘queen' Ekta Kapoor on her birthday; Kareena Kapoor, Mouni Roy also share messages for her

All from Kareena Kapoor to Kangana Ranaut have wished producer Ekta Kapoor on her 47th birthday. Mouni Roy and Anita Haasanandani too have shared birthday posts for her.

As Television and film producer Ekta Kapoor celebrates her 47th birthday on Tuesday, several of her industry friends and colleagues have wished her on the occasion. Kangana Ranaut called Ekta a “queen” while Mouni Roy called her inspiring in her birthday post for her.

Kangana Ranaut shared a picture of a smiling Ekta on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Happy birthday queen”. Kareena Kapoor also shared a picture of Ekta and wished her on her birthday.

Mouni shared two throwback party pictures with Ekta on Instagram along with a birthday wish. While Mouni is seen in a pink lehenga, Ekta is seen in a black one paired with a pink dupatta. The actor wrote along with the pictures, “Your birthday is always the perfect opportunity for thanking you for always inspiring and being the light you have been in my life… May your special day be a heavenly one and bring you many wonderful blessings & love. Anita Hassanandini also shared a picture with Ekta and wrote, “Friends forever since forever here’s wishing you happiness love good health forever. Happy happy happy birthday Ekkie! Love you.” In the picture, the two were seen sitting behind several birthday cakes at a restaurant.

A day before her birthday, Ekta launched a line of womenswear. She shared a small video of her in a pink and yellow kurta-salwar on Instagram and wrote, “Launching a line of Indian womenswear!! For ‘rozana’ wear !!! Three moods happy playful and reflective so that you own your moods and express yourself!!! Very moderately priced mostly under ₹1800! Ekta recently produced the reality web show, Lock Upp, with Kangana as host. She is currently a producer of several TV shows like Molkki, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 and Bhagya Lakshmi. She is also a co-producer of upcoming film, Goodbye and Ek Villain Returns.
