60-year-old man falls from train, dies

The incident took place at Chandur station early on Thursday morning when the victim, Namdev Hariram Nagose lost his balance and fell out from Mumbai-Nagpur Sewagram Express, the police said.

A 60-year-old man died after falling from a running train near here, police said.

The incident took place at Chandur station early on Thursday morning when the victim, Namdev Hariram Nagose lost his balance and fell out from Mumbai-Nagpur Sewagram Express, the police said.

He received severe injuries and was rushed to District General Hospital where he passed away during treatment, the police added.

The police said the deceased, Nagose, was on his way to Nashik.
