Army School fetes meritorious students

THE ANNUAL prize distribution of the Army School, Mhow, was held in the school recently.
It was a special day for students who had worked hard throughout the year and excelled in various fields. Bhabha House won the Cock-House trophy for the year 2006-07. House captain Shivam Dubey and vice-captain Gunjanpreet Kaur received the trophy from principal D N Thomas.
Gayatri Vijayan won the best all-round student award and Sneha won the prize for best debater. Shriya was declared the best artist, Gunjanpreet Kaur as best singer and Sunali Raina as best basketball player.
Addressing the students, Thomas lauded them and motivated them to excel further in the coming years to set examples.
