"It is a misinformation campaign launched by the government in its last desperate attempt to cling on to power," senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj told reporters in New Delhi on Monday.

"Rumours have been spread that the opposition is breaking away. There are also reports which say that the sick BJP MPs will not turn up," she claimed.

"The opposition is united and resolved to bring an end to this regime. Tomorrow the government is losing the trust vote. Arrangement have been made to bring all the three sick MPs including film star Dharmendra," she added.

She also condemned reports suggesting that "BJP had lost its interest in bringing down the government."

"These reports are false and are spread with a motive of spreading misinformation. We strongly condemn it," she added.
