Federal governance for peace

President Rajapaksa says that he does not carry a baggage but I think he does. He unnecessarily assimilated the Buddhist monks, JHU, JVP and what not who could pose a threat to any settlement in the country not only on ethnic Tamil issues but also on many domestic matters. The Tamils had been crying for a federal system from the time of the Federal party and elements such as these had obstructed any form of settlement.

History repeats itself and I hope they can break out of this ever-revolving chakra (cycle).
