Fortis Financial Services Ltd says it will issue 13.46 million equity shares at par on a rights basis.

Fortis Financial Services Ltd said on Monday it would issue 13.46 million equity shares at par on a rights basis.
The company had said last week its board would consider issuing one share on rights basis for every two held.
