Pravin Mahajan's bail plea rejected

Pravin Mahajan is in jail on the charge of killing his elder brother and BJP General Secretary Pramod Mahajan.

A sessions court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of Pravin Mahajan, held on the charge of killing his elder brother and BJP General Secretary Pramod Mahajan.

Sessions judge Abhay Thipsay rejected Pravin's bail while accepting the police submission that there was prima facie material against him.

Pravin had shot at his brother on April 22 and surrendered before police on the same day. Pramod succumbed to his injuries 12 days later in Hinduja hospital.
