Continuing his offensive speech, Tripathi said that the people participation was quite low in the state sponsored programme Kanya Vidya Dhan cheques to the beneficiaries in many district, which has increased the worries of the ruling party.
Tripathi said the distribution of Kanya Vidya Dhan cheques during the civil poll is violation of election code of conduct but state election commission has turned a blind eye to the reality. He said the commission should be transparent in their functioning and should work without any pressure.
