Shilpa Shetty is currently enjoying her vacation in London. The actor recently took off for the vacay with her kids. Since then, her Instagram profile is replete with pictures and videos of their ventures in the city. A day back, Shilpa was spotted feeding the ducks in a lake in London. Shilpa might be on her vacation but that does not mean that is a good excuse enough to make her skip her fitness routine. Shilpa Shetty swears by yoga and she can perform it anywhere and anytime.

Shilpa’s snippets from her fitness diaries are goals for us. From acing several yoga asanas to showing us how to slay in a high intensity workout routine, the actor can do it all. Shilpa also keeps sharing snippets to motivate her fans to start taking their health seriously. Shilpa, on Monday, shared a short video of herself performing yoga in London. “Even if you’re in Vacay Mode. Don’t take a detour from your Fitness Road,” Shilpa rhymed it in her caption. She further added that this is her motivation to take up her fitness routine thrice a week even when she is on a vacation. This time, she performed the Gatyatmak Eka Pada Uttanasana Pawanmuktasana and Naukasana. Take a look at the video here:

Shilpa further noted down the many benefits f the yoga asanas. Performing Gatyatmak Eka Pada Uttanasana Pawanmuktasana helps in improving the digestion process of the body. It also helps in controlling acidity, gas and constipation issues. Naukasana, on the other hand, helps in strengthening the core and helps in benefitting the liver, pancreas and the kidneys. Naukasana also helps in strengthening the muscles of the arms, thighs and shoulders. Shilpa further added that people suffering from slip-disc, back pain or cervical problem should avoid performing these asanas. “Make sure to spend a few minutes focusing on yourself before you delve into the day,” Shilpa’s fitness mantra is brimming with self-love.
